KuneKune Pigs & Whole Hog Sale

The Trippy Acres KuneKune pigs are very easy-going and social creatures. They enjoy human interaction and are fantastic with our chickens, ducks, children, cats, and dogs. The pork that they produce is a succulent red marbled meat, locked in a layer of fat around it keeping it juicy and locking in the flavor. We offer THREE options for you to purchase a whole hog to enjoy.

Choose Your Option

Option 1: You Raise the Meat
$50/each (Deposit)
At 8-10 week-old piglets (once weaned) you take them home and raise them for meat.
Cost: $200 each
**KuneKune pigs are VERY social animals. Because these pigs take about a year to grow out, they MUST have a pig friend. If you do not already own a pig, they must be sold in pairs**
Option 2: We Raise the Meat
$150 (Deposit)
Do you want farm fresh pork but don’t want to raise the pig(s) yourself? We can help with that! Farmer Melissa is currently taking deposits for custom pasture-raised pork. These pigs are raised in the woods, on pasture, foraging, and living their best lives. They’re fed organic soy-free grain, extra cows milk, hay, and of course fresh, clean water. Because these pigs eat pasture hay in the winter and do not root they have the most healthy omega-3 fat content and their meat is a deep red.
The cost is $6.50/HANGING weight and includes everything…
- Smoked meat
- Custom cuts
- Vacuum sealed
We do the hard work and you pick your meat up on the farm. You’ll take home about 100LBS of pork.
The next butcher date for available pork is the Fall of 2024.
Deposits are $150 for one whole pig and are non-refundable.
Option 3: Start Your Own Herd

You purchase breeding piglets to start your own herd. If we have quality breeding stock we sell these and walk you through raising this amazing breed yourself. Mentorship and support along the way.
